يتم تنظيم هذا العقد وفقا للبنود التالية:
بند 1- المبادئ العامة:
أن يتبع كل من الطرفين مبادئ حسن النية في تنفيذ التزاماتهم وحقوقهم.
بند 2- هدف العقد:
أن تقبل الطرف الأول (صاحب العمل) الخدمة من الطرف الثاني وأن يتم توظيف الطرف الثاني من قبل الطرف الأول كمديرة منزل.
بند 3- مدة العقد وتاريخ السريان:
هذا العقد ساري لمدة عام يبدأ من الأول من شهر ........... عام ............
بند 4- مكان العمل:
أن تعمل الطرف الثاني في منزل السيدة/ ......... في محافظة ...........، دولة ............، وسترافقها عند الحاجة إليها إلى منزلها الآخر في محافظة .......... وفي رحلاتها إلى الخارج. وستكون السيدة/ ........... مسئولة عن إصدار التأشيرة المطلوبة للسفر وعن توفير جميع المستندات المطلوبة من أجل الحصول عليها والطرف الثاني ليست مسئولة عن أي شيء يتعلق بهذا الأمر بأي وسائل وليس لديها أي مسئولية في حالة عدم الحصول على التأشيرات المطلوبة.
بند 5- الراتب:
أن يتم دفع راتب شهري للطرف الثاني قدره/ ..............
بند 6- الإقامة:
أن توفر الطرف الأول إقامة مباشرة للطرف الثاني في منزلها في محافظة/ .......... وفي منزلها الآخر في محافظة/ .......... عندما تتواجد هناك.
بند 7- ساعات العمل:
أن تتبع الطرف الثاني جدول العمل العادي لمدة ثمانية ساعات يوميا وثمانية وأربعون ساعة أسبوعيا مع وقت العمل الذي تم وضعه من قبل الطرف الأول.
بند 8- يوم الراحة الأسبوعي:
يحق للطرف الثاني مدة 48 ساعة متتابعة راحة مدفوعة الأجر أسبوعيا، وأن تخطر الطرف الأول الطرف الثاني بموعد راحتها على الأقل بثلاثة أيام مسبقا.
بند 9- الإجازة السنوية:
يحق للطرف الثاني إجازة سنوية لمدة ثلاثين يوم بعد استكمال عام واحد من الخدمة طبقا لجدول زمني متفق عليه بالتبادل بين كل من الطرفين.
بند 10- إلغاء العقد لسبب عادل:
إذا لم تؤدي الطرف الثاني التزاماتها، يمكن للطرف الأول إنهاء علاقات العمل مع الطرف الثاني بدون الحاجة إلى إخطار مسبق أو تعويض.
بند 11- إلغاء العقد مع إخطار مسبق:
يمكن لأي من الطرفين إنهاء علاقات العمل بإخطار مسبق بـ60 يوم. إذا قامت الطرف الأول بإلغاء العقد بدون سبب عادل، فيجب تعويض الطرف الثاني. على أن يتم حساب ذلك التعويض من تاريخ الإلغاء إلى تاريخ انتهاء العقد ويتم التعويض عن كل شهر خدمة مع دفعة مساوية لثلاثة أيام من الراتب أساسي.
بند 12- انتهاء العقد:
بشرط أنه قد تمت الموافقة على تصريح الإقامة والعمل في مصر، يمكن تجديد هذا العقد تلقائيا بدون وقت محدد أو عدد من المرات محددة.
بند 13- بداية العمل:
تبدأ الطرف الثاني واجباتها فقط بعد الحصول على تصريح الإقامة (كموظفة) الصادر من الجهات المصرية.
بند 14- البند النهائي:
تم تحرير هذا العقد من نسختين، نسخة لكل طرف.

Household Worker Contract of Employment
This contract is signed between：
Mrs./ …………, residing in ……….., City …………., Country ………., the holder of passport number ………., issued by ………….. on …………; Hereinafter referred as the First Party ( The Employer)
And
Ms. / …………, residing in ……….., City …………., Country ………., the holder of passport number ………., issued by ………….. on …………; Hereinafter referred as the Second Party;
This contract is regulated by the followings terms:
Article 1- General Principles:
Both parties should follow the principles of goodwill in execution of their obligations and rights.
Article 2- Contract Objective:
The First Party, as the employer, accepts the service from the Second Party; the Second Party is employed by the First Party as Housekeeper.
Article 3- Contract Period & Effective Date:
This contract is valid for one year, starting from Month …………., Year ………..
Article 4- Workplace:
The Second Party shall work at Mrs. ………. home in Governorate ………, Country ……… and will accompany her when required to her other house in Governorate …….. and on her trips abroad. Mrs. ………. will be responsible of issuing the required visas for travel and for providing all the required documents in order to get it and the second party is not responsible for this matter by any means and has no liabilities in case of not getting the required visas.
Article 5- Salary:
The Second Party shall be paid a monthly salary of ……………..
Article 6- Accommodation:
The First Party will provide direct accommodation for the second party at her home in Governorate …….. and at her other house in Governorate …….. while being there.
Article 7- Working Hours:
The Second Party shall follow the normal working schedule of eight hours per day and forty eight hours per week, with a working time set by the First Party.
Article 8- Weekly Rest Day:
The Second Party is entitled to a paid period of rest of 24 consecutive hours per week; the First Party shall notify the Second Party about her rest day at least three days in advance.
Article 9- Annual Leave:
The Second Party is entitled to an annual leave of thirty days after completing one year of service, following a mutually agreed time schedule of both Parties.
Article 10- Rescission with Just Cause:
If the Second Party does not perform her duties, the First Party can terminate the
labor relations with the Second Party without the need for prior notice or
compensation.
Article 11- Rescission with Prior Notice:
With 60 days of prior notice, any of the parties can terminate the labor relations. If the First Party, without just cause, rescinds this contract, the Second Party should be compensated. Such compensation should be calculated from the date of rescission to the date of contract expiration, every each or incomplete month of service will be compensated with a payment equivalent to three days of the basic salary.
Article 12- Expiration of Contract:
Provided that the employment and residence permit in Egypt has been approved, this contract may be renewed automatically, without time limit and number of times.
Article 13- Start of Duty:
The Second Party should start her duties only after obtaining the residence Permit (as employee) issued by the Egyptian authorities.
Article 14- Final Term:
This contract is in duplicate, with each party having a copy of it
