Unofficial Marriage Contract

This Unofficial marriage is entered by the explicit offer and acceptance by and between:
1. Mr. / resident at nationality religion born on / / AD
(Husband – First Party)
2. Ms. / resident at nationality religion born on / / AD
(Wife - Second Party)
The parties have acknowledged their capacity to enter the contract and act and they are free of all impediment and agreed in front of the two witnesses to this contract at the following:-
First Term:-
First Party acknowledges after the explicit offer and acceptance that he accepted the marriage of the second party with legitimate marriage in accordance with the Quran and the Sunnah of His Messenger peace be upon him, and pursuant to the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
Second Party also acknowledges after the explicit offer and accept that he accepted the marriage of the first party with legitimate marriage in accordance with the Quran and the Sunnah of His Messenger peace be upon him, and pursuant to the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
Second Term:-
The parties agreed to dowry as a hundred riyals paid by First Party at Council of the contract to the hand of second party.
Third Term:-
explicitly the second party acknowledges that it had accepted the marriage of the first party completely satisfied and pursuant to the provisions of Islamic Sharia despite being a Catholic Christian.
Fourth Term:-
The parties accept all the provisions of this contract including the Prescribed by the provisions of Islamic Sharia and may result in legal consequences; in particular, the items for their children from this marriage shall have all legitimate legal rights before them.
Fifth Term:-
Executed in duplicate, one copy of each party to act accordingly until the commencement of authentication procedures of such marriage formally in accordance with the provisions of the law.
